Monthly PoS, Additional PoS & Lioness Pledge
- BT Sport PoS is a service delivered by LWV Printworks on behalf of BT Sport Business.
- As BT Sport Business services are co-ordinated to television programming, all orders are collated and centrally distributed periodically.
- Our website allows the option to pick ‘preferred’ football teams to suit your clientele. We will try to cater for these preferences but will need to be factored in to supply and demand.
- Some BT Sport PoS merchandise displays content from all broadcasters; separate, additional subscriptions may be required to view this content.
- All materials ordered via this website have no cash equivalent value and are supplied at no cost to BT Sport Business customers.
BT Sport merchandise ordered via the Monthly Posters section of our website are delivered via Royal Mail, please allow up to 7 working days from the official launch date for each PoS campaign.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver merchandise, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of LWV Printworks or BT Sport.
All services relating to the PoS Shop are operated by LWV Printworks, an external supplier to BT Sport. BT Sport do not take any responsibility for the services and goods delivered through the PoS Shop. The following terms and conditions are between you (the end user) and LWV Printworks.
LWV Printworks company information can be found in the footer of every page on the website. Use the contact form to get in touch with us.
If an employee of LWV Printworks has provided you with a proof, your approval by e-mail confirms that you agree to the design and contents of the printed document as depicted on the proof. By approving the proof, you absolve LWV Printworks of all liability for any errors, omissions or discrepancies which may be present on the proof.
Once you have approved the proof, you are not able to make any changes to the final product, nor are you able to hold LWV Printworks responsible for anything you are unhappy with. If amendments have been made, no job will be printed until these amendments have been approved. This contract revokes your right to take any kind of action against LWV Printworks for any aspect of the work with which you are later dissatisfied. Signing this contract means that, as long as the finished product is as discussed with the LWV Printworks employee and consistent with the proof if supplied, you must pay in full for the work. This fact applies whether or not you later take issue with any aspect of the product. These terms are final and non-negotiable. This is your final opportunity to make changes to the content.
Making Changes after Proofing Stage (Print only)
If a change is requested, we will do everything we can to make the correction before the printing starts, but we cannot guarantee this. We accept no responsibility, under any circumstances, for any mistakes present on the completed work, as the signing-off of a proof absolves us of all liability (see "Proof Agreement" above). Once the proof is signed off or agreed, whether verbally or via email, we incur an origination/ film / plate(s) charge and this is passed on to you as part of the total charge. Any changes made after a proof is signed off will result in a further origination / plate(s) charge.
Print Quality (Print only)
Every effort will be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction on customer's work but because of the nature of the processes involved, LWV Printworks cannot guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between any materials with which you supply us, and the printed article. Consideration must be given to colour variation due to customersâ€™ monitor calibration. We reserve the right to vary stock or quality as either we see fit, or circumstances/availability dictate. If the exact specification is important, it must be ordered as a bespoke job.
Quantity Supplied (Large print volume only)
Every effort is made to produce the exact quantity of items ordered. However, some variation is inherent in the print process and so you accept that minor variations in quantity are possible. These do not affect the price charged.
Claims (Print only)
Advice of damage, delay or partial loss of goods in transit must be given in writing to LWV Printworks within 48 hours of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery, within 14 days of dispatch of the goods). LWV Printworks shall not be liable for damaged goods that have been signed for ‘in good condition’, damaged goods must be signed for as ‘damaged’. LWV Printworks shall not be liable in respect of any claim unless the aforementioned requirements have been complied with except in any particular case where the customer proves that (i) it was not possible to comply with the requirements and (ii) advice (where required) was given and the claim made as soon as reasonably possible.
Standing Material (Print only)
All materials (including but not limited to origination, plates, negatives and positives) produced and used by LWV Printworks during the production process remain the property of LWV Printworks. Where these materials are provided by the client, they remain the property of the client. LWV Printworks reserves the right to dispose of lithographic work immediately after the order is executed unless written arrangements are made to the contrary. In the latter event, rent may be charged for the safe-keeping of the materials.
